Return and refund

You can return your products to us 30 days after receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Delivery charges are not refundable. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except for a contrary agreement specified by our company.

All products must be returned in their original packaging (intact).

If you want to cancel an online order that has already been shipped, please note that shipping costs remain applicable.


How to return the goods and be reimbursed:

  • Contact customer service to obtain a return merchandise number.
  • We will receive and verify your return to approve the refund.
  • We will refund the price you paid for the returned product(s) using the original payment method.


It is also possible to make a return directly to one of our branches, in which case you will need to have your invoice in hand.
